Detailed Lace Inset

Technique Time!  Sometimes there is a product out there that I don't think I'm that crazy about until I try it.  The Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper is one of those products! The catalog and the card don't really show the beauty of this paper.  It can be found on page 189 of the Annual Catalog. The delicately detailed laser-cut sheets are vanilla on one side and white on the other side. One design is a 12" x 12" pattern, which can but used as a whole piece or cut up as shown on the card; the other design has distinct patterns to cut out.

To make this card simply use one of the layering circle framelit (about 2-1/2 size) and run it through the big shot towards the top of the so saffron.  Next run the so saffron through the basket weave dynamic embossing folder.  Cut out a 3x3 piece off the 12x12 piece of detailed paper.  HINT:  To avoid tearing the paper, place a window sheet over the top of the 12x12 piece when cutting (which will be used on the card).
Adhere the 3x3 piece of window sheet over the back of the so saffron hole
Put adhesive over window sheet
Adhere lace

Flip over, add cut circle border over the top.
Decorate as shown.   My Stampin' Up! project supply list is below.  Interested in an item (or two, or three)?  Just click the links below and order online.
