Festive Flurry Gift Card Holder

Hi Stamping Friends.  Today's card I learned how to make in Stamping School.  This is such a cool gift card holder that actually pops up!  The colors are Smokey Slate, Silver, Cabana Cove, and Winter Frost Designer Specialty Paper.  The ink color is Midnight Muse.  The stamp set is Festive Furry used the the matching Framelits.  I almost forgot ... I used the new envelope punch board for the front flap.

Walk in the Wild

Hi Stamping Friends.  I have to say, that I'm liking my new job, but I'm so exhausted every night, that I don't have time to do the one thing I love even more ... stamping!!!  So, today's card isn't even mine (pretty sad), rather one of my fellow demonstrator friend's, Nancy Kuenzi.  I love the way the shading is on this card ... don't you?!

The stamp sets are Walk in the Wild, Lovely as a Tree, and Wetlands.  The colors are Black, Crushed Curry, and Pumpkin Pie.

If you are considering joining Stampin' Up!, now is the best time to do so.  It's only $25.  I'd love to have you as a "fellow demonstrator"!

Whitewashing Flower Power

Hi Stamping Friends.  Here is a card that I was able to photograph before my dog ate the card (literally).  This is the second card we made in our technique club.  The technique is called whitewashing.  The colors are Island Indigo, Crumb Cake, and Whisper White.  The technique is done by mixing white craft ink with water, and coloring in the flowers (that were embossed with white embossing powder).  The stamp set is Flower Power.

Giggle Greetings Spotlight

Hi Stamping Friends.  I typically don't do "cutsie" cards, but this set is so cute, I had to use it.  This was one of the cards we made at our technique club.  The technique is called Spotlighting.  The colors are Black, Crushed Curry (w/punched holes using the 1/2" and 3/4" circle punch to make it look like Swiss cheese), Marina Mist, and Whisper White.
