Butterfly Touch of Ink

The Stampin' Blend colors used to color the butterfly are Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler, Light Rococco Rose and Light Flirty Flamingo.  I started with the dark colors first, then colored over all of it with the flirty flamingo.  Also, the wing is cut out and popped up to give it a 3D look.

Creating Shimmer Card Stock

 

Technique Time!  Here is an easy project with stunning results.  Creating shimmer cardstock is as simple as using a blending brush and shimmer paint and spreading over your cardstock.  That's it!  Each color cardstock looks so pretty and unique.

Peek-a-Boo Fancy Fold Card

 

Technique Time.  This is a fun card to make.  It goes together on the inside just a little different than a typical card. This month I'm featuring the Sand & Sea suite, which provides so many possibilities.

Seaside spray and calypso coral are a great combination with this designer paper.

Blending Pearlized Embossed Cardstock

 

Technique Time!  The new Sand and Sea Suite is AMAZING!  I was a bit hesitant to get it, but I'm glad I did.  So much so, the techniques for this month's club are all focused on using the suite.  Today's card is featuring the pearlized cardstock.  It has a nice color and weight to it and embosses very nicely, especially in the Seashells 3-D embossing folder.

Another favorite of mine in the mini catalog are the blending brushes.  The application and smoothness of them is fantastic.
