Forever Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper

The Forever Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper creates a beautiful and simple backdrop for one of this month's in-home stamp-a-stacks. As usual, the picture does not show the shine and vibrance of colors, which are blackberry bliss and pretty peacock stamped using the forever fern stamp set.  It's difficult to tell, but the little spots are stamped using the retired gold ink.  This could also make a beautiful Christmas card in greens and reds.

Indigo is the Color

For our stamp-a-stack this month, a couple of us were finally able to get together.  It seemed like forever!  It sure felt good though.  No hugging yet, but cardmaking is good too.

As we were making our cards, I realized how much the boho indigo designer paper musts be in style ... it totally matches my friend's shirt.  Had to capture it in a photo.

Here is the card.  I used the ornate dies as the background of the vase and flowers.  The kit comes with these cute little flowers that are a light felt with a bead in the middle.

Do you have any clothing that matches your papers?

Hello Poppy Plaid

The new plaid dies are so fun and easy to work with.  They are simple to use, but can create lots of different looks.  This simple card is mostly comprised of die cuts with the except of the the sentiment.

Rectangular Postage Stamp Note Card

Simple is always a good option.  Today's card is featuring the Posted for You Bundle using the punch and stamps.  First, I stamped the image three times in Versamark on Granny Apple Green cardstock, then embossed with White embossing powder.  They were then punched out with the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch.  The whisper white background layer is embossed using Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  The sentiment is also from the Postage for You stamp set (part of the bundle).  It is trimmed out with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.
