Isn't this a cool picture frame (of course, much prettier in real life). It's a floating frame with 15 individual Christmas squares. I took a class from a fellow demonstrator (thanks Joan Cress), and she has given me permission to share this class with others!
For only $25 you can make this cool 11" x 14" frame, just in time to put out for Christmas. All supplies are provided (frame, adhesives, scissors, etc.) I have a couple of times available (so far). THIS Saturday, October 22 at 1:00 pm, and Saturday, November 26 at 9:30-12:00 and 1:30-4.
To make your reservations, simply email me and I'll give you more details (address, etc.). Or if you have a group (4 or more) who would like to make this at a different time, feel free to let me know and I'll see how we can schedule that.
Can't make the class, for only $3.95 you can receive step by step instructions in pdf format with photos of each square (some may be a little different than shown).

|Top cookie using correct recipe, bottom cookie not so correct.|
I'm not a very good baker, but I bought the cookie press to check it out, and had a blast! The first batch I made I was going to be lazy and used the refrigerated cookie rolls that come in a tube. Not the right ones to use. The stamped okay, but then they puffed up and expanded, losing the entire image. By the time they were finished baking I had one huge cookie. I needed to make these for my club tonight, so I tried the recipe that it comes with. Worked like a charm. They look good .... they taste good. The only tip I would have is just before pressing them, dunk the image in sugar. They release really easily then.
The little diaper fold cookie holder only takes one sheet of paper, stamped using the Falling Leaves stamp set in pool party, more mustard and early espresso. I also wanted to finally use the Spice Cake fabric and buttons, so I made a bow through the button and used a dimensional to place it on. The cookies weren't finished before I took the picture, but it just fits inside in a cello bag with a ribbon tied on it. The little 3 x 3 note card uses the Spice Cake matching designer paper for a little gift card to go with it.

Hi everyone. As much as I hate to think of Christmas already, this card is one for all of the "planners" that like to get a good start on making your Christmas cards. I love this stamp set called Beautiful Season that can be found in the Big Catalog. The colors are old olive, real red, black, and whisper white. The image was so easy to color with markers and crayons. Such a clean and peaceful card, don't you think?
I am starting some of my Christmas classes already. Click here to see the complete schedule. Don't see a date that might work for you? Just let me know and we can schedule your own class (your home or mine). Just bring 4 or more friends, and we're good to go.

Hi Everyone. Today is my friend, JoAnn's birthday. So to celebrate, I'm featuring a her birthday card (which she made herself at class yesterday, pretty funny).... I love the new Big Shot Peek-A-Boo Frames Bigz Die found in the Holiday mini catalog. The frames can be used as a peek-a-boo or as a simple background. The colors are black, cherry cobbler and whisper white. I don't do Halloween, but I liked most of the patterns of the Frightful Sight, so that's the designer paper for the background. All of the birthday greetings are from the Happiest Birthday Wishes Hostess set.
