Fancy Fold - Collar Fold

Technique Time.  This collar fold is a simple, been around awhile, technique, and is a good use of our beautiful designer series paper.

Card measurements:

Fresh freshia -- 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 (score 4-1/2)

Basic White --- 4 x 5-1/4

Designer series paper (Flight & Airy DSP used here) 4 x 5-1/4 and cut out bird
