Christmas Frame

Image
Isn't this a cool picture frame (of course, much prettier in real life).  It's a floating frame with 15 individual Christmas squares.  I took a class from a fellow demonstrator (thanks Joan Cress), and she has given me permission to share this class with others!  For only $25 you can make this cool 11" x 14" frame, just in time to put out for Christmas.  All supplies are provided (frame, adhesives, scissors, etc.)  I have a couple of times available (so far).  THIS Saturday, October 22 at 1:00 pm, and Saturday, November 26 at 9:30-12:00 and 1:30-4. To make your reservations, simply email me and I'll give you more details (address, etc.).  Or if you have a group (4 or more) who would like to make this at a different time, feel free to let me know and I'll see how we can schedule that. Can't make the class, for only $3.95 you can receive step by step instructions in pdf format with photos of each square (some may be a little different than shown).

Beautiful Season Chic-a-dee

Image
Hi everyone.  As much as I hate to think of Christmas already, this card is one for all of the "planners" that like to get a good start on making your Christmas cards.  I love this stamp set called Beautiful Season that can be found in the Big Catalog .  The colors are old olive, real red, black, and whisper white.  The image was so easy to color with markers and crayons.  Such a clean and peaceful card, don't you think? I am starting some of my Christmas classes already.  Click here to see the complete schedule.  Don't see a date that might work for you?  Just let me know and we can schedule your own class (your home or mine).  Just bring 4 or more friends, and we're good to go.

Happy Birthday Friend

Image
Hi Everyone.  Today is my friend, JoAnn's birthday.  So to celebrate, I'm featuring a her birthday card (which she made herself at class yesterday, pretty funny).... I love the new Big Shot Peek-A-Boo Frames Bigz Die found in the Holiday mini catalog.  The frames can be used as a peek-a-boo or as a simple background.  The colors are black, cherry cobbler and whisper white.  I don't do Halloween, but I liked most of the patterns of the Frightful Sight, so that's the designer paper for the background.  All of the birthday greetings are from the Happiest Birthday Wishes Hostess set. Need supplies for this card?  Feel free to contact me or simply place a direct order, click here .

Always Thankful

Image
Hi everyone.  I actually have some of my own creations today.  The Always Thankful stamp set is the one that I used on each of these cards.  I wanted the rustic look on a couple of them, and a clean look on the other.  My friends love to color and paint, and this is the perfect set for that. The wheat and the wheelbarrow are stamped in more mustard and cajun craze on very vanilla using the French Foliage stamp set.  The images are stamped on Watercolor paper instead of regular card stock, and that gives the images a nice deep image.  I also used the tea stain ink from the distressing kit, did a little tearing on the edges, and it has quite the aged look. The background paper on the pear basket is from the well worn designer series paper. I hope you enjoy these samples.  If you need supplies for these samples, feel free to click here to place your order that will be shipped directly to your home, or email me and I'll take care of it for you.
