Technique time!  This stunning card (of course is so much prettier in real life) is focusing on using the metallic web ribbon from the 2020 mini catalog.  

Measurements: 

Thick Whisper White - 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4 

White Whisper White - 4 x 5-1/4 

Flowers for All Seasons Designer Series Paper - 2 x 5-1//2 

Silver Foil - 1/2 x 5-1/2 (2), 2 x 3 

Misty Moonlight - 3-1/4 x 3-3/4 

Window Sheet - 2 x 3 

Metallic Mesh Ribbon - 3" piece
