Today's card is from one of our technique cards. The background I called Watercolor Smoosh V2. Prior when watercolor smoosh was done, the block was inked and spritzed. For this one, the "D" block was inked with bermuda bay, soft sky, and pacific point (marker). Then the instead of spritzing the block, the watercolor paper was spritzed, then gently touched with a napkin/paper towel, then applied to the block. Sometimes an aqua painter was used to spread the ink.
The Swirly Bird bundle is so cool! There are so many possibilities with this set. Flowers, boats, kites, birds....just lots of fun stuff. A must have from this catalog!
