Treat Bag Gift Card Holder

Gift cards are always a welcome gift for Christmas.  These gift bags work great!  This is one of the cards we made in our November technique club.

I know I won't be able to get to a video before Christmas, so here are the dimensions and general instructions:

Outside bag --
6" x 6" and 3" x 6" piece of  Merry Moments Designer Series Paper run through the Big Shot with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits.  The tag on the front is 2" x 4" Red Foil Sheet.  The top is punched with the Scalloped Tag Topper.  The silver glimmer bow is also cut from pieces of the treat bag thinlit set.  The "merry" is from the Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies.

Inside gift holder --
3-1/2" x 5-1/2 whisper white scored at 1-1/4" on bottom.  The top is punched using the Curvy Corner Trio Punch (corners and slit for the ribbon).  The ribbon is tied at the top.  The bottom is folded up on the score line and is secured by a 1/2" x 6" piece of designer paper.  Simply wrap it around the back to the front.  Do not tape the pocket itself, because the card will not fit if you do.  Add a circle embellishment.  That's it!  Super easy!!
