Technique time! Wouldn't you just love getting this card for your winter birthday! This is such an easy and fun card to make. The card looks like has three layers, but it's actually only two.

The designer paper used is from the Penguin Playmates designer series paper only available through the end of September, because it is a sale-a-bration reward for spending $50.
