This pretty Sale-a-Bration stamp is called Avant-Garden. For the technique, simply stamp the flowers in Versamark, emboss with clear embossing powder, then sponge So Saffron and Flirty Flamingo in circular motions over the top. Afterward, use a tissue or paper towel over the top of the entire card, and watch the white become brighter.
