Hi Stamping Friends.  Just a reminder, that today is the last day to become a part of my team for only $99.  Click here for all the details!

We had a downline meeting the other night.  Other than having fun ... we discussed jump-starting their businesses (for those who wanted to do so), we had a little "show & tell", and we also made a couple of projects.  Here is one of them that we made.

Mocha Morning Thanks

Hi Stamping Friends.  Does this layout look familiar?  It should.  It's the same as the previous post, only I used different paper.  I LOVE the new designer paper!  This one is called Mocha Morning Specialty Paper.  This particular on is flocked (the black is furry).  It's one of those cards that is so much prettier in real life.  The new cherry cobbler 1/2" scallop polka dot ribbon adds the perfect punch of color.  The colors are crumb cake, black, and cherry cobbler.  Stamp set is Just Believe.

Fabulous Florets Sympathy

Hi Stamping Friends.  At one time or another, we need sympathy cards.  Unfortunately, this one was needed for a friend who lost her father.  The colors are black and cajun craze.  The image is brayered in daffodil delight, then pumpkin pie, and sponged on one side with bravo burgundy.  The image from Fabulous Florets is stamped with black Stazon, then punched from the 2-1/2" circle.

Watermelon, anyone?

Hi Stamping Friends.  Watermelon ... anyone???  This cute summer card was made using the new Petite Pennant punch, and were sponged with garden green and rose red.  The seed are the inserts from the black flowers (used as the bottom border), using the triple flower punch.  The wild wasabi layer is embossed using the square lattice folder, and the doily is made from the Perfect Pennants Bigz Die and run through the Big Shot.

Strawberry Punch

Hi Stamping Friends.  Wow, it's been 5 days since I've last posted.  Lots of classes all in a row!  This is one of the cards we made in one of the groups.  I've seen some cute strawberries made with the full heart punch, embossed with the polka dot embossing folder.  The stem is a combination of the five petal punch and the branch from the bird punch.  The white flowers are punched with the boho blossom punch, and the small red flowers on the right side are punched from the flower in the itty bitty shapes set accented with a daffodil delight brad.  The large scallop circle is from the scallop #2 die, and the circle is from the 2-1/2" circle punch.  It's hard to see, but the white background was put through the Big Shot using one of the texture plates.  The striped designer paper is from the Just Add Cake Designer paper.

Sketch Challenge Florets

Hi Stamping Friends.  I decided rather than CASE again, I would try my hand at a sketch challenge.  This is what I came up with.  I wanted to use some of the new In-Colors, so here are Island Indigo, Pool Party, and Calypso Coral.  The image from Fabulous Florets was stamped in Island Indigo, then flowers were stamped on Calypso Coral and cut out.  The coral border is punched using the scallop trim border.  The sentiment is from the Word Play stamp set.

What do you think?  Feel free to leave a comment.

Love Knots Quilt

Hi Stamping Friends.  I saw this idea from a couple of other demonstrators, so I thought I would give it a shot (with the Big Shot, that is .... heh, heh).  The "love knot" portion of the quilt is made using the lattice die, then glued onto Very Vanilla and run through the Big Shot using the square lattice embossing folder.  The cherry cobbler hearts punched from small heart punch add just a bit of color.  The lace stays with the motif I was going for (kind of old quilt look).

Pennant Birthday

Hi Stamping Friends.  Hope you had a good holiday.  I got to play with some of my new toys ... new in-colors of Calypso Coral and Wisteria Wonder.  The Pennant Parade stamp set and punch Petite Pennants Builder are the perfect pair for this design.  The pennants are placed in opposite directions to get the pattern.  I wanted to switch it up a bit, rather than using the typical pennant layout.  The itty bitty shapes are punched at the top and layered with a rhinestone.  The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
