Soft Subtles Scene

Hi Stamping Friends.  Don't you just love the softness of this scene.  It is soooooo easy to do.  I got the idea from Michelle Zindorf (brayer and sponging guru).  The background is done by simply smearing each of the spot inks from the spots subtles collection across Whisper White card stock.  Smear in this order ...

Grass -- Certainly Celery, then streaks of Wild Wasabi
Sky -- Fill background with Bashful Blue, then streaks of Baja Breeze, So Saffron, and Pretty in Pink
Mountains -- One side swish Marina Mist, the other side Perfect Plum
Sun or Moon -- Punch 1-1/4" circle out of scraps for the mask and sponge or daub in so saffron.
That's it!

After you create the background (each one will look different) simply stamp Lovely as a Tree in Black Stazon.  To get the pretty blossoms on the trees, use regal rose, wild wasabi and perfect plum markers and just make a bunch of dots.  Then highlight with a white gel pen.

The black frames are optional (using the photo corner punch).

If you would like to see a video of this technique, please leave me a comment.  You will be amazed how easy and fun this is!
